Blue Sky Study Series is a photographic study which explores the poetic cycle of change, the granularity of time and the evanescence of nature. Each photographs depict a stop action, momentary suspension of time, a point in each season. Yet upon deeper inspection, there is a silent communion with the viewer challenging them to see beyond, to a time before and to a time after, from order to disorder, to the space between the beginning and the end and to a new beginning. The ancient oak transformed by age stands confidently as witness to this eternal and poetic cycle of becoming and becoming anew.
